Return Policy

Thanks for being a Star of the Sea!  We hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase from Maristella Mission.
If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied, our Return Policy lasts for 15 days from the date of your purchase and applies only to new, unused, unwashed items in their original condition. Here are the steps to return an item:
  • Email info@maristellamission.com to start the return process. In your email, please let us know the item you wish to return along with the reason for the return.
  • We will generate and email you a pre-paid shipping label. 
  • Place your item, along with your receipt in an envelope or box, affix the mailing label, and mail to us at: Maristella Mission, 3200 Ridge Pike, Box 271, Norristown, PA 19408.
  • Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we received it and will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please keep in mind that items marked FINAL SALE at time of purchase cannot be refunded.

  • We will generate and email you a pre-paid shipping label for the return. 
  • Place your item, along with your receipt in an envelope or box, affix the mailing label, and mail to us at: Maristella Mission, 3200 Ridge Pike, Box 271, Norristown, PA 19408.
  • Once we receive your item, we will email you to notify you that we received it. Your returned item will be inspected and if deemed to be in original condition, the item you wish to replace it with will be mailed to you.
Please keep in mind, that an item can only be exchanged one time.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
